curriculum?"
TSC provides training for all levels of contact center
employee. If you'd rather do your own training we can assist with the
development of the curriculum. TSC has developed a process that can
help your organization identify key core competencies (skills and knowledge),
and then develop training modules based on those competencies. This
customized approach will provide "industry best practices"
and yet also integrate the company's proprietary information.
