Consulting, LLC is an industry leader in all aspects of
call center operation. Before joining TeleSolutions Consulting,
Dan worked four years as TeleSales Manager for IBM Direct. Under
his direction, that operation reached total revenue of more than one
billion dollars in 1995.
Dan has extensive experience in all aspects of call
center operations including human resource functions within call center
operations. Dan has assisted companies in the design and development
of skill based training for all levels of personnel within the call
center. He has also developed detailed processes and tools to
be used in the recruiting, interview, and selection processes for call
center personnel. Dan has experience identifying the core competencies
for call center positions, and creating employee development processes
and plans around those competencies.
Dan was responsible for the development of a unique
new hire training and transition program for a client that resulted
in a 70% increase in measured competencies for the client's newly hired
CSRs. This program also significantly increased customer satisfaction
while reducing CSR turnover.
Dan also had extensive experience with non-profits,
having been responsible for all human resource functions including training
while assisting a service agency specializing in non-profit telemarketing
campaigns.
Dan has done extensive work in the area of strategic
planning, helping clients fully utilize their core competencies, while
positioning themselves for future opportunities.
Dan has a Masters Degree in Business Administration
from Kennesaw State University.
