Personality Profiles
TSC trainers are certified in the facilitation and
training of the Matrixx System (Colors)™ training program. The Matrixx
System™ has been extremely effective in helping call center leaders
provide better support to employees and/or agents. This personality

as well as strategies to work more effectively with others.
